Corran is, for the most part anyway, a nice guy. He tends to be a little gullible, and bad luck seems to follow him everywhere. However, he does have a girlfriend, Amy. They met in September and have been dating ever since. Their relationship is rocky at times, but things always turn out for the best (sometimes with a little help from Mat). He's currently going to the Generic University of British Columbia with his best friend, Mat.

Amy is Corran's girlfriend, due in no small part to her openmindedness and sense of forgiveness. She grew up in Fredricton, New Brunswick where she came from a rich family. To get away from it all, she decided to go to University in BC, where she met Mat in a biology class. Apparently, she was in some sort of relationship that ended shortly before she and Corran started dating.
